Now granted, I've been fairly outspoken saying that I didn't like TNA's product, and that still holds true. I didn't care for last week, and I don't like a lot of things they do. But yet, here I am talking about it and that's enough to prove that I am, in fact, somewhat interested. And while there is still a lot of work to be done, I hope that the entertaining parts of TNA can keep giving me some kind of hope that they can get their act together, and provide another alternative to wrestling on Monday nights.
The fact of the matter is, this is good for wrestling fans. I'm a wrestling fan in general, and just happen to like the WWE programming more for the money and time I invest in that type of product. It's not to say I'll ever buy a TNA PPV, but simple things like lack of character development on the X-Division side, and a mix of scattershot big names, along with old timers who should have called it quits a long time ago, make me want to say no thanks. At least for now.
If anyone feels that this "war", or "competition" as I feel it is, should result in one company tapping out to the other, then I truly feel that the perspective on this generation of wrestling is sorely lacking from that person's point of view. Just because one prefers WWE, or TNA over the other, doesn't mean that either should cease to exist. The drive that each would have to put on the better product would be so great that it would make for fantastic television. Of course, this is if it ever gets to that level.
Looking at tonight's programming, here are a few things I'm going to watch for between both shows. Four things for each to be exact. Why four? Because I like to be cool and act like I'm in the four horsemen.

Raw-
*What will Kofi Kingston's role be going into Wrestlemania? Will it be as the 10th participant in MITB? Or somehow involved in the Randy Orton/Legacy angle?
*Speaking of Legacy and Randy Orton, where do they go from here? Is a handicap match officially signed for the grandest stage of them all? And on top of that, will Legacy continue to get they heat they desperately need even after last week's win?
*What will the contract signing bring between Vince and the Hitman? I would imagine after the dotted line is signed, Bret could reveal his leg was a plan to get in the ring with Vince. I really hope that's the case. If not, either way, Stone Cold should make things very interesting.
*Will the divas wrestle for more than three minutes? Will they even be involved at Wrestlemania? At this point, I could care less. But either way, let's let it be known so we can move on.
Impact-
*Will TNA try to put on another X-Division match such as they did last week? I enjoyed that to be honest, but feel backstory's for these competitors would go so much further in the long run.
*Brooke Hogan on camera during the 2-hour telecast. Over or under twice? Unfortunately, I'm going over.

*AJ Styles vs. Jeff Hardy. Will this match get more than 10 minutes? Doubtful in my humble opinion. But if it's well contested and has a point to lead into the AJ and Abyss match at Destination X, then I'll be satisfied.
*Will I see Hulk Hogan every other segment? Or can TNA stop force-feeding us the legend many love and give us a break from him occasionally. Seriously, I beg TNA to have him in three or less segments.
How about the rest of you? What will YOU be watching for tonight? I welcome all thoughts and criticisms. After all, this is what it's all about right? I for one can't wait for either show. Just because I'm a wrestling fan. Heck, I love my football, but Monday Night is wrestling night. And I hope it stays that way for many years to come.
